Absecon Saltwater Sportsmen

Meeting of November 8, 2010
The meeting of the Absecon Saltwater Sportsmen was called to order called to order by President Jim VanDaley. The Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence for our Military.

Secretary’s Report: The minutes of October 11 ,2010 were approved as read.

Treasurer’s Report: General Account: N/A Charity Account: N/A

G.A.B.T: GABT had sponser meeting Saturdaynight November 6. Food was outstanding but not many sponsers attended.

New Business: Discussion of raffel tickets created descussion of budget but no clear knowledge of how many tickets will be sold or how our budget will stand in the next year. The board will review this in furthur detail.

There was discussion of a woman by the name of Mary Christiansen who could join the club as a member and help as a corresponding secretary.

President Van Daley had a discussion with Donna Connor of “Viridian Electric” about a program that could reduce individuals electric bills at their home or business and Veridian would make a contribution to our nonprofit club. President Van Daley asked us to bring our electric bills in next meeting.
